iOOz is composed of three elements. The i is the individual self. The OO at the centre is the protocol of coexistence that AI mediates, and at the same time the oxygen the world runs on. The closing z is A to Z — the inclusion of every way of being. From the individual, through coexistence, to the whole. The sequence is written into the name itself.
The decision belongs to people
Over the past few years the question about AI has moved from whether to use it to how it should be used. In most organisations, however, no mechanism exists to answer that second question. The choice collapses back into banning it or quietly ignoring it.
What we are building sits between the two. Decide what may be executed, by whom, under which conditions. Record the basis for that decision. Revoke it when circumstances change. None of this is novel. It is what human organisations have always done with authority, applied to the execution of AI.
One principle is not negotiable in the design: the system presents conditions and options, but people decide. A control mechanism that removes judgement from people is not control — it is something else.
This company has proven nothing yet. We intend to demonstrate what is written here through the product and the record.
